employment in your organization. With over seven years’ experience in customer service position,
commercial and f logistics am confident with the exposure to diverse roles this position will take
advantage of my experience and ability to learn quickly, easily grasp complex concepts, and assume
increased levels of responsibility, and complete assignments independently or as part of a team with a
high level of performance.
I offer a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology, Diploma in Business Management and a
Certificate in Public Relations all from The University of Nairobi. Along with years of experience in
different organizations as a Customer Service Executive, Personal Assistant / Administration, Logistics as
an Exports Senior Co-coordinator, Customer service /sales assistant Manger and Customer Experience
Manager.
