I am M R Akash. I'm excited to be applying for the position of Procurement Officer at your esteemed company. I have 6.5 years of work experience, having started my career as a General Insurance Underwriter at Nuon Connect Pvt Ltd, Mangalore. This company provided back-office services to a UAE-based insurance broker.
In my role, I was responsible for most of the underwriting work, including issuing general insurance quotations, policies, endorsements, and renewals. I also interacted with clients, insurance companies, and the accounts department via phone and email to ensure smooth operations.
I later joined Mphasis, Mangalore, as a Senior Customer Support Officer, working for 1.5 years in the USA Mortgage voice process. I was then transitioned to a new project and served as a Senior Technical Support Officer for 3 more years, up to April 2025.
Currently, I am on a visit visa in Deira, Dubai, valid until June 25th. I am ready to join immediately and am looking for a better opportunity to continue growing in my career.
