With over 14 years of experience, I have successfully provided legal consultancy and managed legal compliance and governance risks across Egyptian government entities, as well as government, semi-government, and private sector organizations in the UAE and Qatar. I have held multiple roles, including Legal Advisor and Senior Internal Auditor – Governance and Legal Compliance.

I specialize in implementing and overseeing legal compliance policies, conducting thorough investigations, and delivering comprehensive training and awareness programs to foster a culture of compliance and ethical governance across all organizational levels.
Leadership in Compliance, Governance, and Risk Management
Currently, I serve as Deputy General Manager for Legal Compliance and Risk Management at the Al-Azhar Al-Sharif Foundation in Egypt. I also supervise the compliance activities of the Al-Azhar Employees Investment Fund, ensuring alignment with all applicable local laws and regulatory frameworks.

My previous experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor and Compliance Officer at Al Dhafra Sports Club Company and Sport One Sports Services Company in the UAE. I have also worked remotely as a Legal Consultant for Governance and Compliance for Al Khor Sports Club Company in Qatar, and as a Legal Advisor and Senior Governance and Compliance Specialist for the “Musahem” Governance and Compliance Platform in Saudi Arabia.
