I am an experienced professional currently working at Shoppers Stop, holding the position of Sales Associate and also serving as the Incharge for Inventory and Logistics.Strong knowledge of Supply Chain / Distribution, in particular inbound, outbound, dispatch and warehousing.
With a remarkable four years of experience in the retail industry, I have primarily focused on sales and cashier duties, demonstrating your expertise in customer service, product knowledge, and transaction management.
As a Sales Associate, I have honed my skills in assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent service. My ability to build rapport with customers, offer product recommendations, and close sales efficiently has contributed to my success in this role.
Additionally, as the Incharge of Inventory and Logistics, I have taken responsibility for overseeing the stock management and movement within the store. This includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries. My attention to detail and organizational skills have played a crucial role in maintaining an efficient flow of merchandise and preventing stock discrepancies.
