About Me
My recent role as Client Relations Supervisor at Ali Al Zayer & Partner Co., I managed
end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary
negotiation, and onboarding. I maintained HR documentation, recruitment reports, and
candidate databases while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Additionally, I prepared KPI dashboards and MIS reports using MS Excel to support
workforce planning and management decision-making. My role required close
coordination with operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure timely manpower
deployment and service delivery.
Previously, as a Client Relationship Officer within the same organization, I handled CRM
operations, employee documentation, SLA compliance, and recruitment coordination. I
ensured accurate record management, maintained confidentiality, and supported
performance tracking initiatives. My earlier experience as an Administrative Assistant at
JV Castle in Kerala further strengthened my expertise in lease management, contract
documentation, vendor coordination, procurement support, and facility administration.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Computer Application) from Kerala University and am
highly proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), documentation
control, HR records management, and stakeholder coordination. I am recognized for
