About Me
I'm anoop, born and bought up in malappuram district, Kerala. I completed master's degree in English language and literature from Madurai kamaraj University, and then I was working in Unaided higher secondary school as a English teacher since 2016 to 2021. Then I got opportunity to work in UAE, basically Dubai, as a Coustomer Service representative. I joined at ENOC in the year of 2023 January, it takes 1 and half year to get a sold background of knowledge in the Coustomer Service representative. And also I got two times a best Coustomer Service representative certificate. Although my experience lie in a educational sector.
