I have been a student of Computer Science and done my graduation in 2019.
I started my first experience in a Textile company named as Gohar Textile Mills Pvt Ltd Pakistan as an ASSISTANT MANAGER SAP from Sep 2019-Sep 2021 after completing my graduation.
My main responsibilities in this company are below.
Maintenance support in PP module.
Addressing the problems of end user and providing solutions.
Members of SAP help-desk to assist end users online.
Conducting end user training for the PP module.
After that i started as a professional control room operator in a UK based company from Sep-2021 to Feb-2023 where i got experience in , call center and help desk. I have worked with Uk top campany named as Leon Guarding and FM Limited as a SCHEDULING COORDINATOR, for almost 2 years.
