departments and honed my skills in overall accounting, sales, financial functions, and operations management. I bring on
board proven methods and cutting-edge technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase
productivity. Some of my career highlights include; handling walk-in client operations to enhance customer service,
monitoring team performance and motivating them to achieve optimum performance, identifying training needs of teams
and forwarding them to management, acting as a point of contact with our clients, and improving customer satisfaction
ratings by addressing issues as well as interacting with inquiry questions and resolving issues. Moreover, I can work in a
fast-paced environment by constantly challenging and improving existing processes. My focus is to work with a dynamic
