About Me
As a Business Process Lead at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I applied my analytical and team management skills to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for various clients. I have over 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management, working with diverse and cross-functional teams across multiple domains and geographies. Before becoming a Business Process Lead, I was a Senior Associate at TCS, where I gained valuable insights into the business requirements and challenges of different industries and sectors. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Madras, where I developed a strong knowledge regarding Human Resources and people management. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, where I developed a strong foundation in financial and business concepts. My mission is to leverage my education, skills, and experience to create value for the organizations and the people I work with, and to continuously learn and grow in my field of expertise.
