An experienced professional with a background in Credit Management, Accounting and Financewho
isadept at using various negotiation and resolution techniques to achieve revenue targets, evaluating
debtors’ financial circumstances, following the correct workflow processes, handing Login Time,
monitoring collection accounts, identifying and escalating frauduent accounts to coection
management for investigation, responding to customer queries and complaints and delivering control
requirement as stipulated on collections process and in line with policy guidelines. Additionally,I can
review and extract data and information of subgrantees proposals, conduct pre and post
disbursement assessment of subgrantees and provide continuous mentorship and technica support
to subgrantees.I am seeking a suitable position in Credit or Grant management where my abilities and
experience can aid in the growth of the company.
