Successfully managed complex and confidential human resources casework including managing the recruitment process, conducting performance reviews, tracking turnover metrics, onboarding and offboarding of employees, HR system maintenance, and supporting with leave of absence requests. I transformed the HR function from the traditional service provider to Business Partner by providing rational and sound HR advice to the management team that is in line with both organizational priorities and based on current employment legislation.
