About Me
To shortly introduce myself, my name is Benjamin kalerwa and I have been working as a business development executive and manager for the past 8 years. Currently, iam seeking to obtain a new, challenging and growth oriented position. Being a performance driven professional with interpersonal skills, I notice opportunities in the field of customer support. One of the most effective ways to reach organization’s objectives for 2023, is by effectively using cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Over the past 7 years at Platinum credit ltd and Baron & Cabot (the Uk property investment company), I developed, built and nurtured long-term relationships with more than 200 clients in the industry. My efforts improved the sales retention rate by 10 and 18% which led to 20% and 28% more revenue in 2020 and September 2022 respectively. I trained more than 30 junior account managers with an emphasis on working in a customer-facing role, which contributed to the 90% positive feedback in a client satisfaction survey. I noticed that dealing with customers’ problems and complaints is our greatest marketing asset.
Although I’m happy with my current position, working as a client experience associate is more in line with my long-term career goals. Therefore, I welcome the opportunity to further discuss my candidacy and potential contribution to your department.
