About Me
My name is Carlister Esther Omollo. I hold a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Entrepreneurship Option)
Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from Strathmore University. I am currently
pursuing Chartered Institute of Marketing course Level 4 at Strathmore University. I am well organized, planned and have excellent judgement of priorities. I have the ability to
consider all important aspects, analyze results and select significant factors. I am thorough,
accurate and have the ability to see job through to conclusion. I am achievement oriented,
effective, efficient, costs conscious and have the ability to serve clients well.
I have effective communication with excellent interpersonal and team spirit skills. I have the
ability to handle and cope with different situations simultaneously. I am highly flexible in
decision making and have the ability to adjust to new situations. I have the ability to foster
honest and ethical behaviour and obedience to strong moral principles and values.I
currently interned as a customer support operator at GoBeba Limited everything
where my responsibilities were to receive customer orders and process them
according to established processes or in the best way possible that meets the
customers’ needs with high degree of responsible judgement.Being the first point of contact for customers for answering any questions or concerns as and when they come up.
