I have five years of experience working as a marketing and customer care executive at Mumias Sugar Company. Part of my responsibilities include selling sugar and water to potential customers while at the same time maintaining key customers.I correctly and promptly respond to customer queries, make follow up calls, address customer complaints, maintain consistent communication with them, and present weekly and monthly reports to the management.
