. I am a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with over 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. In addition, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics. I am confident that I am the perfect candidate for this position as it aligns well with my skills and background experience.
I have held roles in a similar capacity and some of my key areas of expertise relevant to this position include; designing and implementing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs and projects; conducting data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate actionable insights and recommendations for program improvement; developing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems, including indicators, tools, and databases, to ensure accurate and reliable data collection and reporting. Through regular reporting and presentations, I communicate findings and recommendations to inform evidence-based decision-making and facilitate learning within the organization. • Managed end-to-end coordination and flawless execution of 50+ professional training sessions at Devimpact Institute ensuring optimal participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborated with the project team to develop a robust proposal, budget, logical framework, and monitoring plan, leading to the successful acquisition of KES. 100M in donor funding for a new project.
