I have more than fourteen years of experience in fleet/logistical management and superb hands on experience on fleet related issues having risen from a Motor Vehicle Technician to a Transport Manager, Am one of the best of best in fleet management, workshop management, iso certifications(iso 18000 and 22000) having achieved so much in different industries, In Nyayo Tea Zone Development Cooperation was part of the dream team recruited to begin the first ever Government Tea factory and was in charge of establishing a workshop and a fleet management system.
In united states international university i was able to to come up with a disability friendly bus (Isuzu mv 123) fitted with a vertical shaft for persons with disability a fete that no any other university in East and central Africa ever achieved. I was also able to come up with ultra modern ambulance and was at the fore front of establishing a superb health and safety system . I can handle comfortably any fleet related challenges in any organization around the globe with ease. At Hotpoint Appliances i have established a fleet management system two in one working in conjunction with the Extra net a system provided by our fuel service providers and ensured zero loss of fuel every month. I have also taken time to study humanitarian courses which makes me a fit to operate in any humanitarian organization.
