I am a graduate of BA Economics and Sociology upper-class honors from Kenyatta University. With extensive experience working as a transcriber and project manager since January 2016, I have developed exceptional data skills including data collection, categorization, transcription and annotation. I have successfully delivered multiple projects on diverse platforms and consistently demonstrated the ability to progress into more responsible positions, including the role of quality analyst.
My ability to work effectively with project managers and colleagues has resulted in consistently exemplary scores. I have also demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, which I believe are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. As a willing learner, I am always eager to receive constructive criticism and correction to continually improve my performance.
