public-private sector engagement, leveraged resource mobilization,
implementation of HIV prevention, care and treatment programs, capacity
building. I have demonstrated leadership in service delivery, Curriculum
development, organizational capacity development, system strengthening,
resource mobilization and program monitoring and reporting. I have experience
in identifying opportunities for public-private partnerships; developing and
implementing strategies for engagement with the private sector. My training in
project planning and management, leadership and organizational capacity
building has promoted me to establish strong working relationships with
government and private structures, local leadership, partners and community
stakeholders to enhance networking, knowledge sharing, referral and
sustainability of projects
