My expertise is largely based on advising on property acquisitions, land use, environmental laws compliance, residential and commercial developments, leasing, banking securities and non-contentious probate work. I have wide experience in advising on land transactions and financing in Kenya and I am often involved in the preparation and negotiation of property acquisition and disposal documents, bank securities and undertakings, development related agreements and other documents required for the development. I have extensive experience in legal compliance, legal research, legal drafting, contract negotiation, client management and project management.
