I am a knowleadgeable and target oriented commercial leader with extensive successful sales record of combining entrepreneurial drive with business management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share and profits performance. I specialize in business development, market expansion through communicating effectively, recruiting talent, and maintaining loyal clients, channels partner base through strong relationships building skills.
I have over 12 years’ experience in both FMCG and Telecommunications industry. I was the Sales and Distribution Manager for Outlook Index limited for Nairobi & Kajiado county. I surpassed my annual targets and was able to build a high performing sales team resulting in a gold status distributorship company in east africa.
At Kimberly Clark East Africa I was the Sales Manager in Nairobi and Machakos managing two channel partners. I pioneered entry and distribution in general trade in Nairobi. I executed product launch and retail penetration in Nairobi.
I had the privilege of building marketing, customer service, new customer acquisition and managing teams at Airtel Kenya where I worked as a Product development and Marketing executive for Airtel Money. Previously I worked in corporate accounts and trade marketing.
