About Me
I am a vastly experienced and innovative ICT Support Technician with broadband experience in handling cross-functional IT project management, methodologies, and business continuity in the NGO sector. I have gained transferable skills in; providing leadership and guidance on IT-related matters, systems administration, enforcing ICT guidelines and policies, in addition to coordinating all IT processes. Some of my career highlights include; communicating with counterparts within United Nations agencies to maximize inter-agency collaboration, being involved in the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of major ICT projects of significant importance to the Mission for example domain migration, assisting end-users on ICT related issues either through remote assistance or in-person and working with the network team in designing various ICT networks contributes to the design, installation, maintenance and monitoring of various ICT networks and systems. With my robust IT experience, I aim to secure a position in international or NGOs where my experience will be utilized in contributing to business value by developing and executing a strategic, long-term vision while leading the organization to achieve measurable business results and growth.
