I n previous roles, as Assistant Manager HR at Cybeinc and Translogistix, I streamlined recruitment processes, ensuring operational continuity and timely, high-quality placements. As an HR Executive at DHL Global Forwarding, I supervised payroll, conducted employee surveys, and represented the company in salary surveys. Passionate about engagement and retention, I navigate employee relations, grievances, separations, and more with finesse.
