I am Naseer Ahmad. I have done my Master Degree in Commerce from Bahauddine Zakriya University Multan in 2016 after that I have worked as a Store Incharge in Mahmood Textile Mills LTD in Accounts Department. My responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: -
● Store control by ERP Software.
● Receiving goods from Receiving Cell Deptt according to IGP.
● Stock of warehouse by creating different levels of managing warehouse functions
smoothly by applying modern stacking techniques.
● Demand, Purchase Order, Inward Gate Pass, Outward Gate Pass ,Inspection Note, Goods Receiving
Note And after this All Process Stock in Hand.
● Move all stock in concern store and setting by store item codes.Follow up rejected item’s and return to party.
● Maintain Daily Reports: Receiving, Issue, Reject Item, Returnable gate pass, GRN summit to
accounts Dept.,
● Responsible of monthly Store’s Stock taking.
● ERP(Oracle)
• and process payments accurately.
• Ensure that the store’s appearance is clean, neat, and inviting to customers by cleaning and tidying as needed.
