About Me
I am Tamara Gamage, a dedicated and accomplished professional with a diverse background in executive support, business management, and agriculture trade. Currently based in Dubai, I bring a wealth of experience as an Executive Secretary at Ape Gewaththa Plantations, a subsidiary of Methsu Trading, where I have been instrumental in fostering effective communication, strong leadership, and strategic thinking since 2017. During my tenure with Atlantaa (Pvt) Ltd, I ventured into entrepreneurship, managing my own business from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, I served as a Secretary to the GM at Carrefour Qurum in Oman, honing my skills in time management and problem-solving from 2012 to 2014. My background also includes roles such as HR & Administrative Officer cum Secretary to CEO at Euro Trousers in Dubai, and as PA to MD/Assistant Manager HR at Eden International (Pvt) Ltd, specializing in the procurement of Hot Kiss and First Kiss Denim Pants. With a strong foundation in project management, team building, and networking, I have consistently demonstrated adaptability and effective problem-solving throughout my career. Fluent in English, Sinhala, and with proficiency in Hindi, I am well-equipped to navigate diverse professional landscapes. In addition to my practical experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Open University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and I am in the final year of completing my BA in Education at the University of IIC Cambodia.
