I’m a customer Experience Executive working to offer exceptional quality of service to customers from point of contact up until a transaction is complete. My expertise includes Customer service and communication, data analysis and interpretation, administrative duties and logistics. I am passionate about helping people and whatever makes ones journey easier, I am down to help. I also enjoy generating new ideas and coming up with solutions to long term problems. My colleagues would describe me as a self driven, team player and resourceful individual.
