every individual and it starts with the curriculum taught by the schools. I have the ability to ensure the
school’s curriculum meets government standards and that the students have the opportunity to receive the
best possible education. I have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information to

With more than 20 years of experience as a school head and a teacher, I am adept in
process/program analysis, regulatory compliance, and leaner-type identification. Moreover, my on-the-
job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate goal- setting and time
management skills. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational
foundation and a passion for education. I am extremely enthusiastic about leadership and mentorship. I
am proficient at communication with key players including teachers, administrators, the government,
families, and students. . I have been responsible for planning, developing, and conducting individual
advising assistance with academic advising and class scheduling.
Being in school leadership for several years has honed my skills in pedagogy, curriculum
design and assessment because my job entailed supervising allthose functions.
