I have worked on VMI concept with critical Suppliers/partners where they keep the inventory in their warehouse to meet the JIT requirements. Also, I have worked on Consignment stocking concept to meet the immediate needs of regular productions.
In my career ladder, I have worked with both Multi-National & National companies as a strategic buyer in the Sourcing & Procurement Group and experience with these companies has helped me to enhance my Sourcing and Contracting skills in many ways.
