About Me
Am a solution oriented, confident and reliable Human Resource professional with six years’ working experience, three and half years being in HR. Currently taking CHRP 3 Level 6.I have hands on experience in recruitment and employment processing, induction and on boarding, creating and implementing policies to do with appropriate work conditions, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling procedures and equal opportunities for all. I possess extensive knowledge of key processes such as disciplinary, grievance handling, attendance and leave management, contractual changes, employee and labour relations and staff exit.
My goal is to obtain position as a Human Resource Officer/Manager; a position that will offer me an opportunity to utilize my experience and skills to help the organization in providing efficient human resource services as well as achieving the organization’s overall objective.
