He has photographed a number of recognizable Humanitarian Agencies’ including UNHCR, WFP, UNICEF, in both world largest
Refugee camps in Kenya , Dadaab and Kakuma.
His own curiosity for different ways of living have brought him to new and unfamiliar territories— from areas as far away as the War zone countries and states in Khartoum Sudan and the brother South Sudan in different states of the countries. A firm believer in fostering creativity and fulfilment through personal pursuits, he did some pictorial projects in Uganda and in Kenya inspired by his humorous behind-the-scenes escapades on shoots—giving viewers a look into how unpredictable and entertaining life on set can be. The birds-eye-view of his photography methods—whether it be through his blog, tutorials, or videos—demonstrates that it’s not always the technique that makes a good photograph, but one’s personal connection to the subjects—as well as the client—that truly makes an image resonate.
Most recently, Dennis works as a humanitarian in kakuma Photographing and Filming with young refuges in how they can tell out their stories though film and Pictures.
As a Fine Art photography he believes in the saying "A good news cameraman and a Photographer needs forward planning, intuition, contacts, and a lot of luck. The life is never dull."
