With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and formal training in Teller and customer service , I have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service, managing operations, and administering credit products.
As a Back Office Supervisor at Watu Credit, I lead a team of loan officers and rescheduling agents, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. I train and coach them on best practices in terms of KYC and customer service, evaluate their performance, and support their professional development. I have successfully handled loan rescheduling and restructuring for clients with financial difficulties, increased customer retention and satisfaction, and reduced loan default rates. Also, i have contributed to the development and improvement of the loan products and processes, using data collection and analysis skills. My goal is to enable financial inclusion and empowerment for the underserved communities in Kenya.
