Description:
ECCI is expanding its team and is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to support warehouse and material operations for its growing aerospace and defence manufacturing programs. This role is suitable for candidates who have strong inventory management skills and an interest in material handling and production support.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and coordination with different departments. Candidates with experience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing environments will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material handling activities.
• Support inspection processes and ensure proper identification and traceability of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock documentation, and material movement reports.
• Issue materials to production teams while ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Quality departments for smooth operations.
• Support warehouse organization and compliance with company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse or stores operations.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Good understanding of inventory control, material identification, and traceability.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• ERP/MRP systems, stock documentation, and traceability procedures.
• Production support, material issuance, and supply chain coordination.
