Warehouse Manager

Role Overview

Alain Mills is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activity in the Sharjah/Ajman area. You will oversee the flow of goods from receipt through storage and dispatch, keep inventory records dependable, and guide the warehouse team so operations support the company’s food and beverage supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch to keep goods moving accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies to maintain reliable inventory records.
• Use SAP to manage warehouse transactions, inventory data, and operational processes.
• Supervise warehouse employees, allocate daily tasks, and coordinate work across operational activities.
• Apply warehouse procedures and company standards consistently across handling and stock-control processes.
• Work with internal teams to align warehouse activity with supply chain requirements.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient working environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in warehouse management.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is required.
• Practical, hands-on SAP experience is required, including warehouse and inventory processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and stock control.
• Experience overseeing goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
• Leadership, team supervision, and coordination skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline is indicated.
• Ability to commute to the Sharjah/Ajman area is preferred.
