Role Overview

Vibz Afterdark is hiring experienced Waitresses and Hostesses to support guest service at its Dubai nightlife venue. Depending on the assignment, the role combines welcoming guests and organizing seating with attentive food and beverage service, helping the front of house run smoothly during busy evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, respond to questions, and help create a polished, inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating to support an orderly flow of arrivals.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, following venue service procedures.
• Check in with guests during their visit and address service needs promptly.
• Assist colleagues with front-of-house tasks during peak periods.
• Maintain a professional presentation and uphold hospitality service standards.
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar, or upscale hospitality setting is required; no specific number of years is stated.
• Strong guest-relations skills and clear, confident communication.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage service, reservations, seating, and front-of-house operations.
• A professional appearance, guest-focused approach, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
