Wings & Wheels Travel & Tourism is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about travel and have the ability to transform customer enquiries into well-planned travel experiences and confirmed bookings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the booking process. Strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with air ticketing and travel reservations.
• Provide visa assistance and guidance throughout the application process.
• Arrange hotel bookings, sightseeing tours, and other travel services.
• Coordinate inbound travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into successful bookings.
• Manage bookings from the initial enquiry through to final confirmation while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Hands-on experience with air ticketing and reservations.
• Experience handling visa assistance, hotel bookings, and sightseeing arrangements.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to manage bookings efficiently from enquiry to confirmation.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Air ticketing and reservation systems.
• Travel planning, visa processing, and itinerary management.
• Customer relationship management and travel sales techniques.
