Technology Project Executive

Role Overview

As Technology Project Executive, you will coordinate the technical elements of events and exhibitions in Dubai, from equipment planning and pre-event testing through live operation and dismantling. Your work will bring creative concepts into practical operation, helping project teams deliver dependable AV and event technology experiences for audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather event technology requirements and coordinate vendors, equipment logistics, delivery, installation and testing.
• Assist with technical mock-ups and commissioning, and support event operations before, during and after live delivery.
• Identify and resolve onsite equipment or setup issues, escalating problems when required.
• Coordinate technical activities with creative, production, operations, logistics and project colleagues.
• Track equipment availability and condition, and help maintain inventory records and service schedules.
• Suggest suitable technology approaches to support event concepts and audience engagement.
• Keep technical tasks on schedule across indoor and outdoor event environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least five years of experience coordinating event technology or providing AV services.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, event technology or a related discipline.
• Working familiarity with AV equipment and setups, including sound, lighting or interactive technology.
• Knowledge of event technology solutions, equipment care and maintenance, and onsite technical operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot under time pressure.
• Comfort working in fast-paced indoor and outdoor event settings.
