Job Description
Role Overview
This sales leadership role is suited to someone who can guide a team, build customer relationships and support the growth of investment-related sales. The successful candidate will use their sales experience to help the team pursue opportunities and serve prospective clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales staff in their day-to-day work.
- Help the team identify and follow up on prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support sales planning and coordinate activities to pursue team targets.
- Coach team members and share practical guidance to strengthen sales performance.
- Promote investment-related offerings in a clear and responsible manner.
- Monitor sales progress and communicate relevant updates to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 26 years of age.
- A relevant degree or diploma.
- Previous experience in sales leadership.
- An investment-related certification is an added advantage.
