Role Overview

Al Ittihad Private School – Al Mamzar is recruiting five teachers for Term 2 across high school mathematics, elementary homeroom, elementary art, English, and ICT. Teachers will plan and lead subject-appropriate lessons, assess progress, and help students learn in a welcoming, well-managed classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and learning activities suited to the assigned subject, grade, and curriculum.
• Teach concepts clearly and adapt instruction to support students with different learning needs.
• Establish an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respectful interaction.
• Monitor student understanding through classroom work and other appropriate assessment methods.
• Give students constructive feedback and use assessment results to guide further instruction.
• Create or select teaching materials that make subject content accessible and engaging.
• Work with fellow teachers and school leaders to support consistent teaching practice and student development.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, the relevant subject, or a related discipline.
• A recognised teaching qualification or certification is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan curriculum-aligned lessons and keep students engaged.
• Knowledge of suitable teaching and assessment approaches for the subject and age group taught.
• Commitment to professional teaching standards and students’ academic development.
