Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Enhance the candidate experience while ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
