Role Overview
As the CRM Expert at Jubilee Insurance, you will shape how the organisation uses its Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to support daily operations and long-term business growth. You will manage the availability, configuration, and continuous improvement of the company’s CRM and ERP applications, making sure every system change is aligned with internal customer needs and industry best practices. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business requirements, and vendor relationships, so you can expect to coordinate with stakeholders, translate their needs into practical system updates, and own the full lifecycle of enhancements from design through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Jubilee Insurance’s Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP environments to ensure system availability and stability for all business users.
- Gather requirements from internal customers and translate them into technical specifications, then design, build, and deploy modifications or extensions to existing Dynamics applications.
- Develop customisations using ASP.NET, C#, and service-oriented architecture tools, ensuring that any changes integrate cleanly with existing systems and data flows.
- Own integration work into and out of Dynamics CRM and ERP, using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, OData, Data API, and web services to connect platforms and streamline processes.
- Manage system implementation projects from start to finish, applying agile or other project management practices to ensure timely delivery of enhancements while minimising disruption to daily operations.
- Act as the key liaison between the business, end users, and software vendors, coordinating fixes, upgrades, and service level expectations, and maintaining a positive working relationship with all parties.
- Maintain technical documentation and stay current with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the insurance sector, ensuring that every system change is audit-ready and aligned with data governance rules.
- Monitor system utilisation and proactively recommend opportunities to improve how Dynamics tools support business outcomes, whether by optimising current configurations or introducing new features.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or management information systems.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience administering, developing, or implementing ERP and CRM systems, with a substantial portion of that time spent working on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals for CRM and ERP, plus Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics ERP and CRM, ASP.NET, C#, and service-oriented architecture.
- Demonstrable experience integrating Dynamics with other enterprise systems using Microsoft integrations such as Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Batch Data API, OData, and web services.
- Proven track record of delivering successful system implementations and IT change projects in a business-focused environment.
- Familiarity with insurance operations and workflows is preferred, along with an understanding of regulatory and compliance expectations for financial services.
- A project management certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a formal agile methodology qualification is an added advantage.
