Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

A Private Household operation in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced and professional Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping activities and maintain exceptional cleanliness and service standards. This is a live-out position offering an attractive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Housekeeping Management team, ensuring housekeeping operations run efficiently while supervising staff performance and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality throughout the residence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards.

• Support the Housekeeping Management team in maintaining quality service and presentation.

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate housekeeping staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor housekeeping procedures and implement quality control measures.

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Foster a professional and service-oriented working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in luxury hotels, private residences, or high-end hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and quality control.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.

• High attention to detail with a strong customer service mindset.

• Professional communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural hospitality environment.

• Relevant hospitality qualifications will be considered an advantage.
