Senior Auditor

PKF Abu Dhabi is currently hiring Senior Auditors, as well as strong Audit Associates who are ready to take the next step in their careers. This opportunity is suited for professionals with a solid grounding in external audit who are eager to take ownership of engagements and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced professional environment.

The role involves leading audit assignments from planning through completion while maintaining close coordination with clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality audit outcomes within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing audit fieldwork while coordinating directly with clients
• Taking responsibility for audit engagements and building strong, professional client relationships
• Identifying significant risk areas and addressing complex technical audit matters
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing audit working papers in line with firm methodology
• Ensuring timely completion of audits with accurate reporting and documentation

Candidate requirements include:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in core external audit
• Hands-on end-to-end statutory audit experience with direct client exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards and International Standards on Auditing
• Recognized professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational ability, and communication skills
• UAE audit experience is preferred
• Immediate availability or availability within one month is highly desirable

Please note that preference will be given to candidates with practical external audit experience rather than those from purely back-office or shared service environments.

Compensation details:

• Monthly salary range of AED 7,000 to AED 9,000
• Performance-based salary increments and incentives after probation, subject to appraisal
• Applicants are expected to fall within the stated salary range
