Job Description
This role supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis, process improvement, and effective collaboration across departments, while also guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare, review, and analyse Management Accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support leadership in decision-making.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate external audits and act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Review and approve journal entries, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
- Support, guide, and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide accounting guidance for new projects and business initiatives.

Key Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent professional certification
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including exposure to management accounts and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Salary: Monthly gross salary: Negotiable depending on experience
