Pantheon Development is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join its Finance & Accounting team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of four residential buildings operating under Jointly Owned Property Development (JOPD) while managing the corporate accounts of the management company.
This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong knowledge of JOPD accounting, property management finance, and RERA compliance. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic real estate organization while ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for four JOPD buildings and corporate accounts.
• Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and monitor annual service charge budgets and Owners Association accounts.
• Manage Mollak and RERA financial compliance requirements.
• Coordinate half-yearly and year-end audits with approved auditors.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for JOPD properties and the management company.
• Maintain accurate Statements of Account (SOA) and manage developer balance adjustments.
• Oversee vendor reconciliations, invoice verification, and payment processing for all four JOPD properties.
• Perform owner, developer, vendor, bank, and escrow reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining complete accounting records.
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of relevant accounting experience in Dubai.
• Hands-on experience in JOPD, Owners Association (OA), real estate, or property management finance.
• Strong knowledge of Mollak systems and RERA requirements.
• Experience with ADDA, Tally, Zoho, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills.
