Sales Staff

Dolce Mondo Group is seeking experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Staff to join its retail kiosk team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong retail sales background who enjoy engaging with customers, delivering excellent service, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a retail environment, preferably in mall kiosks, and possess excellent communication and selling skills. Experience in jewellery, watches, accessories, perfumes, fashion, or luxury retail will be considered a strong advantage. Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product recommendations.

• Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain an attractive and organized retail kiosk while ensuring products are properly displayed.

• Build strong customer relationships and support daily retail operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales is required.

• Experience working in mall kiosks is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, customer service, and selling skills.

• Ability to approach customers confidently and successfully close sales.

• Target-oriented with excellent upselling and cross-selling abilities.

• Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

• Experience in jewellery, watches, accessories, perfumes, fashion, or luxury retail is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Retail sales techniques and customer service.

• Upselling, cross-selling, and sales target achievement.

• Product presentation, merchandising, and client relationship management.
