Room Attendant

Mercure Gold Hotel Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who have worked in 4 or 5-star hotels and are committed to delivering exceptional room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently, and providing a professional experience for guests. Candidates who are currently in Dubai and available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards and SOPs.

• Perform bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.

• Replenish linen, towels, guest amenities, and room supplies.

• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely and efficiently.

• Report maintenance issues, room damages, and Lost & Found items promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness while ensuring guest privacy and comfort.

• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 4 or 5-star hotel is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of guestroom cleaning, bed making, and bedding standards.

• Experience in bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.

• Ability to use housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and safety procedures.

• Understanding of hotel SOPs, guest privacy, grooming, and hotel etiquette.

• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

• Must be currently in Dubai and available for immediate joining.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Housekeeping procedures and hotel standards.

• Cleaning equipment and chemical handling.

• Linen management and room replenishment.
