Water Seal Interiors is seeking a skilled and experienced QS Cum Estimator to join its team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying and estimation within the interior fitout and joinery industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, managing quantity surveying activities, and supporting project cost planning. Candidates with relevant industry experience and technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fitout and joinery projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and analyze project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and estimation reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.
• Monitor project costs and support effective budget management.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in estimation and quantity surveying activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Designing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fitout & Joinery Estimation / Quantity Surveying.
• Strong understanding of fitout and joinery projects.
• Ability to analyze drawings, quantities, and project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
