Role Overview
We are seeking two Project Managers to guide complex telecommunications and ICT infrastructure projects from initial planning through final delivery. You will bring clients, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers together to keep work aligned with agreed scope, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project activities from inception to completion, tracking progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, external contractors, and vendors to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.
- Allocate project resources and oversee team workloads in line with objectives and technical requirements.
- Monitor risks, identify potential delivery issues early, and put practical mitigation measures in place.
- Oversee technical deliverables and quality throughout each project, addressing gaps against agreed requirements.
- Keep project stakeholders informed about progress, risks, resource needs, and delivery concerns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, or a related discipline from a university recognised in Kenya.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the telecommunications or ICT sector.
- At least seven years of specific experience delivering a minimum of three projects comparable in nature and complexity.
- Relevant project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, or an equivalent credential.
