Project Manager

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will lead several large-scale projects through planning, delivery, and closeout, balancing schedules, budgets, resources, and quality expectations. Your coordination of teams and stakeholders will help keep work aligned with agreed scope and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, tracking progress against agreed plans and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance, addressing variances as they arise.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
• Identify delivery risks, assess their potential impact, and put mitigation measures in place.
• Check that project outputs meet quality expectations and stated business objectives.
• Prepare progress reports and provide management with regular updates on status, risks, and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience in the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, execution, and resource coordination.
• Experience overseeing project budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, risk management, and project reporting.
• Effective leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
