A leading organization in the freight forwarding industry is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join its team in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in freight pricing, vendor negotiations, and commercial strategy across multiple transportation modes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing rate procurement, preparing competitive quotations, negotiating with vendors and overseas partners, and developing effective pricing strategies for Air, Ocean, and Road freight services. The role also requires close collaboration with the Sales team to improve quotation turnaround times and increase business conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage freight pricing activities across Air, Ocean, and Road freight services.
• Handle rate procurement and negotiate with carriers, vendors, agents, and transport providers.
• Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotations.
• Monitor pricing strategies, profit margins, and commercial performance.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring timely quotations and improving conversion opportunities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of UAE freight forwarding experience.
• Strong experience in Air, Ocean, and Road freight pricing.
• Hands-on expertise in rate procurement and vendor or agent negotiations.
• Solid understanding of commercial pricing, quotations, and margin management.
• Well-established network with carriers, airlines, overseas agents, and transporters.
• Ability to deliver quick quotation turnaround while supporting business growth.
