Role Overview
As a Photographer / Videographer, you will create photo and video content for campaigns and digital channels, taking projects from shoot planning through capture and editing. You’ll work across locations and live events, helping the creative team produce visuals that meet brand needs and hold attention on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and film campaign content for digital platforms and other creative uses.
- Prepare for and carry out shoots at varied locations, including live events.
- Shape visual concepts with the creative team and translate them into practical shoot plans.
- Capture compelling footage and images while maintaining consistent production quality.
- Set up, operate, and care for cameras and other production equipment.
- Edit and deliver assets in formats suited to social media and the intended platform.
- Use visual storytelling to create clear, engaging content aligned with brand requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated photography and/or videography experience, supported by a portfolio.
- Practical experience in at least one relevant area: sports, automotive, or equestrian content.
- Confidence working on location and covering live events.
- Strong understanding of photography, video production, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to create content for social media; short-form production experience is an advantage.
- Drone photography or videography experience is a bonus.
- No formal education qualification is specified.
